1. Nature of Services
Kopco Tutoring provides time-based, scheduled online educational services delivered via live sessions.
By booking a session, the client acknowledges that:
- the service is time-specific and perishable
- once a time slot is reserved, it cannot be reassigned on short notice
- access to the scheduled session constitutes service delivery
2. Booking and Payment Agreement
By completing a booking or providing payment details, the client:
- Confirms they are the authorized user of the payment method
- Authorizes Kopco Tutoring to charge for scheduled services
- Agrees to the Terms of Service and this Refund Policy
Booking confirmations, invoices, and communication records form part of the service agreement.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances:
- The session was not delivered due to tutor-side issues
- Kopco Tutoring cancelled the session
- A verified technical issue prevented delivery on the tutorβs side
All requests must include relevant details and will be reviewed based on available records.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Completed sessions (in full or in part)
- Missed sessions (no-shows)
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hoursβ notice)
- Client-side technical issues (internet, device, environment)
- Dissatisfaction after the session has been delivered
- Change of mind after booking
Once the scheduled time begins, the service is considered initiated and delivered.
5. Rescheduling Policy
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hoursβ notice
- Requests made within 24 hours may not be accommodated
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
6. Programs and Ongoing Services
For weekly or multi-session programs:
- Services are considered partially fulfilled once any session has been delivered
- Remaining sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled where possible
- Programs are designed as continuous learning services and are not divisible for refund purposes
7. Evidence of Service Delivery
In the event of a dispute, Kopco Tutoring may rely on:
- Booking confirmations and timestamps
- Email and communication records
- Session logs (date, time, duration)
- Attendance or participation indicators
These records are maintained as part of standard business operations.
8. Dispute Resolution
Clients agree to:
- Contact Kopco Tutoring directly to resolve any issues
- Allow reasonable time for review and response before initiating a payment dispute
We aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly based on documented information.
9. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution
